Mr. C. L. Chue is Director and President of China Resource Enterprise.He was appointed as Vice President of CR Enterprise，Assistant General Managerof CR Property.Mr. Chue holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and joined China Resource Group in 2016.

Lee is Director of the Board of CR Research Institute of Science and Technology. He is also Director of the Board and Vice President of CR Enterprise. Dr. Lee is Member of Seventh Legislative Council, Member of Commercial (Third) Subsector of The Election Committee, Chairperson of the Basic Law Foundation, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Values Education, Education Bureau, HKSAR. Dr. Lee has served as the convener of the Financial Group and Legal Group of the "Hong Kong Participation in The Belt and Road Initiative" project of the Counselor's Office of the State Council, the PIFS consultant of Law School, Harvard University and a visiting scholar of Law School, The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lee holds a PhD in Law, Tsinghua University, China, and joined China Resources Group in 2012.
